Ross Kruger has been kicking Benoni's butt since 2016. His personal motto: "Just rock up!" has allowed Ross to achieve all his goals here at API. "(I) can honestly say my career at API has changed my life for the better. Has given me an opportunity to be able to own my own house, go overseas and do the bucket list things that I have always wanted to do my whole life. It has given me the freedom to manage my own time, and if you do the work the rewards are massive!!"

Kruger loves the culture at API stating that we are all "driven, competitive individuals that want better for ourselves and to a large extent we are self-employed and run our own business (areas) without the extra pressure of actually running our own business."

Endurance sports, triathlons, mountain biking, trails and road running are just a few of the activities you can find Ross doing when he is not brokering. In 2021, he completed the Knysna extreme which is one of the top 20 toughest triathlons in the world with only 37 athletes participating.
