API Property Group is expanding their team and there are positions available as an industrial property broker in our Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban and Cape Town offices.
What this position entails:
- Brokers need to engage with property owners, business owners, tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers in order to establish client property requirements.
- Brokers need to apply consistent effort in their designated area(s) and become knowledgeable in client requirements and available property in a geographically defined area.
- Brokers must grow, manage and maintain their client database.
- Brokers need to generate leads, enquiries and stock through the company’s marketing platforms, namely:
- Canvassing
- Cold calling
- Generating and maintaining your database of enquiries and stock
- Interacting with property owners and business owners
- Arranging viewings and appointments with property owners and business owners
