A well-connected area to numerous parts of KwaZulu Natal through various well-maintained roadways. There are also various minivan taxis that connect commuters from bustling Durban to parts of Verulam and the North Coast of KwaZulu Natal in South Africa. Some of the more prominent roads that pedestrians and motorists use in Verulam include Garland Street, Todd Street, Groom Street, Wick Street, the R102, Main Road (the M27). As far as public transport is concerned there is a train station in the vicinity and one can also use buses or taxis to get to and from the Verulam Central of the town. The fact that the town is close to other bigger and more developed locations makes transport fairly easy coming in and out of Verulam.
